How It Works
From booking to collection — here’s exactly what happens to your sneakers when you leave them in our hands.
Book Online
Choose your service — Standard Clean, Premium Clean, Restoration, or a bundle deal — and complete the booking form in minutes. Choose to drop-off or post your items to us, and let us know your sneaker brand and model so we can prepare the right products.

Secure Payment
Pay securely at checkout via card. Your booking is confirmed instantly and you'll receive an order number to track your sneakers every step of the way.
All major cards accepted. Fully encrypted.
Getting Your Items to Us
Bring your sneakers to our Neasden drop-off point at 60 Neasden Lane, London, NW10 2UW. We're open Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm. No appointment needed during opening hours — just walk in. Alternatively you can post them to us.
Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm.
Inspection & Assessment
Every pair is inspected on arrival. We check the material, sole condition, stain types, and any areas needing special attention. If we spot anything that changes the scope of work, we'll contact you before proceeding.
We never start without your approval.
Professional Cleaning
Your sneakers go through our multi-stage cleaning process — dry brushing, specialist solution application, deep scrubbing, sole cleaning, and a deodorising treatment. Premium Clean orders also receive a water-repellent protective coat.
Turnaround: 5–7 working days (1–3 for Express).
Quality Check
Before we pack your sneakers, every pair goes through a final quality inspection. We check every surface, seam, and sole to make sure the result meets our standard. Only then are they shrink-wrapped for protection.

Ready for You
You'll receive a notification when your sneakers are ready. Collect from the same drop-off point at your convenience during opening hours, or we will notify you with tracking once they have been posted back to you. Use your order number to track the status at any time via our Track Order page.
